When a team member finds a post with a sour taste, as a first stepconcerning post, contact the person who has posted the content poster to explain the reasons why the post may be hurting one’s sentiment. This will help the person to hurt another. The post author should edit or remove the post or edit it so as not to hurt someone’s sentimentto limit the negative impact on others.

  2. When the above step does not lead to a conclusion, raise a Safe Space Concern to investigate and assist the situation.
