The following role levels are broken into typical relevant years of experience for the early and late stages. Within each role level, there’s early to late-stage role tiering as well.

  • L0 - Intern

    • ≤1 year

  • L1 - Engineering/Specialist I

    • 1-3 years

  • L2 - Coordinator/Engineering/Specialist II

    • 3-6 years

  • L3 - Senior Coordinator/Engineering/Specialist

    • 6-10 years

  • L4 - Manager/Technical Architect

    • 10-15 years

  • L5 - Director

    • ≥12 years
