Agency and Hourly Contractors

Due to legal compliances, Agency, and hourly contractors do not qualify for benefits.

On Contract Contractors

In places where Axelerant does not have a business entity, team members are considered On Contract via a Consulting Agreement whereby they invoice Axelerant for their services.

Therefore these kinds of team members are not eligible for the following Benefits.

• Employee Provident Fund

• Family Medical Coverage

• Gratuity
