Testimonial form entries not showing up in list or rotations

Problem

When I add testimonials via the form in a page the entry is not showing up anywhere. 

Entries are showing up in WP Admin > Testimonials > All testimonials, as published.

Answer

If you have caching in place, then wait an hour for the entries to show up on your testimonials page or rotations.

If not, please provide an admin login and URL to debug further with.
