Maternity Benefits (India)
Maternity Leave: A pregnant person with at least 80-days of time in service at Axelerant is eligible to use paid Maternity Leave when coordinated with relevant leadership and people management. They are entitled to a leave of a maximum of twenty-six (26) weeks for the first two (2) children, of which not more than eight weeks shall precede the expected date of delivery.
Child Care Allowance:Starting Oct’21, we provide up to INR 5,000 per month for all new mothers returning to work after their maternity break from Axelerant until their child is 6 years old.
