Maternity Benefits (India)

  • Maternity Leave: A pregnant person with at least 80-days of time in service at Axelerant is eligible to use paid Maternity Leave when coordinated with relevant leadership and people management. They are entitled to a leave of a maximum of twenty-six (26) weeks for the first two (2) children, of which not more than eight weeks shall precede the expected date of delivery.

  • Child Care Allowance: Starting Oct’21, we provide up to INR 5,000 per month for all new mothers returning to work after their maternity break from Axelerant until their child is 6 years old.

Health & Wellness Allowance

Axelerant will reimburse up to INR 12,000/$300 USD annually for you to pick your preferred way to stay fit physically and psychologically. It can be fitness gear, gym or studio membership, digital subscriptions, or whatever any activity you do to stay in shape physically and relieve stress.
