Team members apply under Bereavement Leave in Timetastic while availing of it.

Care Giver Leave

We hope that team members have time to help their dependents during unexpected situations through caregiver leave. Caregiver leave allows team members to take up to 10 days off

Care Giver Leave

Ten days of Care Giver Leave allows team members to assist their dependents with severe medical conditions or a health event requiring emergency care leave. : E.g., emergency admission to hospital, an unexpected illness, or last-minute care arrangements.

A team member's dependent is typically considered direct family members like children, parents, adoptees, partners or spouses, and in-laws.

Team members apply under Care Giver Leave in Timetastic while availing of it. Axelerant may audit usage to ensure peer fairness by asking for reasonable proof.

Force Majeure Leave

Force Majeure Leave is available to team members when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the team member's their control, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, epidemic, or an activity described by the legal term act of God, prevents them from fulfilling their role obligations.

Team members can avail kindness leave by filling out the Kindness Leave Application for each specific leave 2-day to 1-week request.

  • The application will be reviewed by the People Operations team and will be responded to within two business days.

  • The People Operations team will use their best judgment to review your unique circumstance, and their decisions on the matter are to be seen in the light of fairness to your colleagues.

  • After approval, team members request the Kindness Leave through Timetastic.

  • The form will remain open until March 1 of the respective Indian fiscal year starting from the 1st of April and ending on the 31st of March.
