Is there a salary correction process?

Team members with more than one year of service may request a salary correction once every three years at the time of the appraisal cycle. The salary correction amount will be determined by their standing within the career ladder and the peer acceptance for the new baseline.  

Salary Correction Process:

  • Team members wanting a salary correction, complete the Salary Correction Request and inform people@axelerant.com.

  • PeopleOps along will review the request and engage the performance review committee for role reassessment. 

  • The team member and payroll will then be notified of the possible salary correction.
