It's with a heavy heart that I write this message. While we continue to consider you a valuable member of Axelerant, we are a zero-tolerance organization for safe space violations. Therefore, regarding the MONTH_YEAR PoSH complaint, I have agreed upon with the PoSH Internal Complaint Committee's recommendations.

  1. You're required to write an apology via email to the complainant, Cc'ing me, by APOLOGY_DUE_DATE. You may share the letter beforehand with me for editing assistance.

  2. You're required to avoid direct contact with the complainant until SIX_MONTHS_AVOID_CONTACT_DATE. When direct contact is imperative, please let inform me or your performance coach know immediately to determine a workaround.

  3. By WARNING_DUE_DATE, a copy of this Executive PoSH Decision and a warning letter will be added to your employee record via Zoho People.

  4. By SENSITIVITY_TRAINING_DUE_DATE, you're required to complete sensitivity training. Axelerant will pay for this training, and the specific course may be determined between you and your performance coach.

While the above outcomes might make you feel alone, you're not. Your performance coach, other members of the coaching team members, and I are available to you for ongoing assistance in understanding and enacting acceptable behaviors.

Being To be clear, though, we have zero - tolerance for professional ethics breaches, and the next incident will most likely result in your immediate termination separation for cause from Axelerant.
