Steps

  1. Click over the `Tempo` option in the top orange bar from any JIRA page.
  2. Click over the `Planning` option in the drop down.
  3. Select `Engineering Team`
  4. Select 'Plans form other teams' and `Copies of team plans` in `Show` drop down in left to see all the bookings in one page.
  5. Select Date range from 20th March 2017 to 31st Dec 2017 or later, to see all the booking in the planner.
  6. Select any block in front of a talent to open booking panel in right side of the screen.
  7. Select any project/issue/sprint/component/version, start date, end date and percentage and press `Save` to confirm booking.
  8. Planning over any issue can also be done from the issue ticket itself by clicking over `Plan Time` button.

Known bugs

  1. If any planning add/edits are done in any limited duration view range, then some bookings may get deleted. To bypass this bug, select view range from 20th March till 31st Dec or later while doing any add/edits in bookings.
  2. Cursor may change to split option from click to view if any user comes back to the Tempo Planner browser tab from another tab. Press escape to have click to view option.
