This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for hiring employees who directly with our clients and contractors whose team members collaborate with us. The policy aims to recruit individuals with the necessary skills, qualifications, and attributes to foster positive relationships while ensuring client satisfaction and successful partnerships.
Process:
When a client/contractor’s employee expresses interest to work us, the recruitment team will reach out to them to ask about the following details:
the role they are interested in,Â
what is their salary expectation,
from when they can be available, and
if they get selected, will they agree if our team reaches out to their employer for consent.
If the interest is expressed via another team member, the said member should share the details on #job-referrals
