An Intern/Trainee will learn skills to add value to a project. They will learn fundamental domain knowledge to deliver necessary results as an Engineer/Specialist I. Interns must follow project procedures and conduct themselves professionally. They need plenty of guidance and are striving to learn at every opportunity. And, an Intern is not billable.
An Intern at Axelerant should progress to an Engineer/Specialist I1 role within a year.
