Security Training and Quizzes
Why is Security Training required?
The absence of required security training and awareness programs may result in the oversight of ineffective programs. It may ultimately result in an increased likelihood of end users falling victim to security & cybersecurity threats such as simulated phishing campaigns, etc. Ineffective security measures may also compromise customer data, and hence it’s Axelerant has a Security Training Program for all its Employees and Contractors.
All Axelerant’s Employees and Contractors regularly(at least once a year) go through the security training scheduled by the Axelerant Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team.
New Hire Security Training
Axelerant’s Employees and Contractors regularly refresh their understanding of privacy regulations and security controls with the latest available information, including:
Course: Identifying and Safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Internal: Yearly Security Training and Quizzes scheduled by the Axelerant SRE Team
Quizzes and Tests
To validate the effectiveness of the training program and understanding of Axelerant Employees and Contractors regarding the security threats, all employees are required to take security quizzes/tests scheduled by the SRE team.
All team members will be required to take the Google Form-based Cybersecurity Pop Quiz once a year.
The SRE team will review quiz Results, and they will modify subsequent training programs as relevant.
