Scenario-based questions
(Please provide answers in 100-150 words.)
Scenario 1 - You have kicked off a new project to help your client personalize user experience on their web portals. The entire project spans a couple of months and involves a design agency, a development partner (Axelerant), and the end client. You are expected to own the project delivery end to end. During the execution, what steps would you take to align expectations among all stakeholders, be transparent on project progress, and assertively drive risk mitigation?
Scenario 2 - Continuous Improvement
Your project team has been working well and ensuring customers are satisfied with the expected outcomes. In your internal timesheet review, you realize that the team, in most cases, is going above projected estimates.
What steps would you take to rectify the above situations while ensuring the customer remains happy?
Scenario 3 - Stakeholder Management
The customer has raised concerns around a particular team member’s performance, mainly relating to communication and quality of work. You have, in the past, been proactive in seeking feedback from the customer. However, they have never shared the above concerns before, making it a bit of a surprise. When you discussed the concerns raised with your team member, they shared that customer demands are unreasonable and do not clarify what is expected.
Provide precise steps you might take to deal with the above situation and realign customers and team members.
