In places where Axelerant does not have a business entity, team members are considered as On Contract, because they invoice Axelerant for their services while going business under their name.

Leave benefits (when an hourly contractor)
On Contract team members require at least 1-year contracted intent to qualify for Benefits in general.
Leave benefits for On Contract team members are typically calculated as 2.75*number of contract months.
Also, our On Contract team members are provided Performance coaching support to understand and achieve their expectations through honest conversations and feedback outside of their key stakeholder relationships.
