Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) Guidelines:

  • VPF Options:

    • Team members have the option to participate in the Voluntary Provident Fund. This allows them to contribute additional funds towards their Provident Fund account voluntarily.

  • Employer's Share:

    • The employer's share towards the Provident Fund will remain the same at INR 1800 monthly.

  • Maximum Employee Share:

    • Team members can contribute up to 100% of their Basic Salary towards the VPF.

Steps to apply for VPF and manage your additional contributions:

  • Please contact People Operations on People Service Desk to request for VPF.

  • Request VPF: Kindly state the reason to apply for VPF and provide the desired monthly deduction amount.

  • Effective Starting Month: Specify the month from which you wish the VPF deductions to commence.
