Slack #guild channels
Our most common example of a support group is Slack #guild- channels like #guild-coaching-mentoring. Within these #guild- channels, it’s suggested that team members observe and contribute however you best think best.
Peer-level groups
Axelerant’s newest and specific support group are closed peer-level groups to facilitate support and growth amongst like-kinds of experienced people. The intention of these groups is to help people successfully accomplish the Productive Organization, Productive Team, and Productive Self aspects of their roles.
Conversations within peer-level groups should maintain utmost confidentiality for each other in line with our Safe Space guidelines.
