Support Groups

Axelerant is a community of differently capable people united for a common purpose, and together everyone achieves more. Because of our differences, we have multiple venues for learning.

Slack #guild channels

Our most common example of a support group is Slack #guild- channels like #guild-coaching-mentoring. Within these #guild- channels, it’s suggested that team members observe and contribute however you best think best.

Peer-level groups

Axelerant’s newest and specific support group are closed peer-level groups to facilitate support and growth amongst like-kinds of experienced people. The intention of these groups is to help people successfully accomplish the Productive Organization, Productive Team, and Productive Self aspects of their roles.
