Starting October 1, 2021, Axelerant provides a Child Care allowance to support parents and guardians with younger kids. We will reimburse Child Care up to INR 5,000/$100 USD per month per child up to and including 5-years-old.
After providing the child’s birth certificate, you may claim the Child Care allowance when your child attends daycare or has a nanny.
In filing for reimbursement, receipts from the daycare center or proof of online payments along with the Aadhar Card copy of the nanny (applicable to India Team Members) have to be submitted as proof of payment.
