Child Care Allowance
At Axelerant, we want our team members to get all assistance while working with us. So starting October 1, 2021, Axelerant provides a Child Care allowance to support parents and guardians with younger kids towards expenses incurred for a daycare center or a nanny. We will reimburse Child Care up to INR 5,000/ USD 100 per month per child up to and including 5-years-old.
You may claim the Child Care allowance by providing:
The child’s birth certificate
Receipts from the daycare center
Proof of online payments to the nanny along with their Aadhar Card copy (applicable to India Team Members)
