Who is Eligible:
All team members residing in Canada, who are covered under a provincial healthcare plan and working at least 20 hours per week, are eligible.
Who is considered a dependent?
Legally married spouse
Common-law partner
Children younger than 21
Children younger than 25 and still attending school full-time
The basic plus plan includes the following benefits:
Life - $50,000 coverage
AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment)- $50,000 coverage
Dependent life coverage - $10,000 (Spouse) and $5,000 per child coverage
CI - Critical Illness - $10,000 coverage
Extended health care with Dental coverage.
