Support Groups
Axelerant is a community of differently capable people united for a common purpose, and together, everyone achieves more. Because of our differences, we have multiple venues for learning.
Slack #guild channels
Our most common example of a support group is Slack #guild-
channels like #guild-coaching-mentoring. Within these # guilds-
channels, it’s suggested that team members observe and contribute however they think best.
Peer-level groups
Axelerant’s newest and specific support groups are closed peer-level groups to facilitate support and growth amongst like-kind, experienced people. These groups intend to help people accomplish their roles' Productive Organization, Productive Team, and Productive Self aspects.
Conversations within peer-level groups should maintain utmost confidentiality for each other in line with our Safe Space guidelines.
Please get in touch with your career manager for information and inclusion.
