Your Job Responsibilities

  • In your role at Axelerant, you'll champion our culture by setting goals, fostering personal growth, and aligning behavior with life plans. Build strong relationships, promote open communication, and provide motivation through 1-1 and group coaching during change processes.

  • Apply coaching skills to enhance team self-awareness, introducing mindfulness for stress management and increased productivity. A deep understanding of coaching frameworks and positive psychology theories is essential for practical application in your role.

  • You will be delivering organization-wide webinars and creating training content.

  • Collaborate on brainstorming and ideating for expansion and breakthrough behavioral programs while ensuring thorough documentation of coaching activities. 

  • Consistently refine your reflective practitioner approach to ensure a safe and effective coaching environment.

Skills And Qualifications 

  • ICF-accredited ACC or equivalent coaching accreditation with at least 200 coaching hours.

  • 13-15 years of work experience, including ~5 years as a coach.

  • Experience in 1-1 coaching, group coaching, leadership training, and org-wife online webinars.

  • Proven work experience encouraging introspection, connection, and ambition.

  • Key qualities: non-judgmental, reflective, empathetic, decisive, and open to change.

  • Excellent listening, observational, and communication skills with a strong sense of empathy.

  • Ability to quickly build productive relationships with diverse clients.

  • Motivational and inspirational, with the confidence to challenge empathically.

  • Extensive knowledge of personal growth theory, self-awareness, and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational skills for effective management of clients and operational tasks.

Good To Have 

Having additional qualifications and experience can greatly enhance your role. It's beneficial to have experience in people management and human resources, as well as in behavioral training or leadership training. Being a certified NLP Master and having the ability to create behavioral training content are also valuable assets. Certification in behavioral tools such as Gallup, MBTI, Hogans, etc., is advantageous and can further enrich your coaching practice.
